It depends on how big the tattoo is and on how many hours it’ll take to do it but when I got mine I would say it was a good 8/10

No I don’t think it needs to mean something to you. Yes a lot of people like to have a story behind their tattoos but I know that others see tattoos as an art and they get tattoos because of the artist and not for their personal life.
